NO REPLACEMENT TAX RECEIPTS WILL
BE ISSUED FOR THE 2008 SEASON.

All refunds must be requested by Monday May 19/08.
A 20% administration charge will apply.

Refunds available within the first two weeks after the season starts, upon return of supplied uniform.
