ATTENTION PLEASE

Starting with the 2008 season, Milton Minor Baseball will no longer provide batting helmets for players due to reasons of hygiene. PLAYERS MUST HAVE THEIR OWN BATTING HELMETS. They can be purchased at Walmart, Canadian Tire or National Sports (just to name a few). Helmets retail for approximately $15.00 (source: Walmart). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. NO REPLACEMENT TAX RECEIPTS WILL
BE ISSUED FOR THE 2008 SEASON.

All refunds must be requested by Monday May 19/08.
A 20% administration charge will apply.

Refunds available within the first two weeks after the season
starts, upon return of supplied uniform.

Maple Lodge Fundraiser

A 2 Hour Pizza & Pool Party will be awarded to the Houseleague team which
sells the most units for the Maple Lodge Farms Fundraiser.

Fundraiser sales ends May 28th.
